Hey guys, need to focus my cash elsewhere for a bit and I'm selling my MR. I've had it for exactly a year as a DD. It has 25k miles but they are literally ALL highway miles. It has never been tracked, auto x'd, or dragged and I really baby the car when I drive, no hard shifts. It has been launched only twice and I've never had any slow down messages ever. I change the oil every 3-4k miles (changing it today too) and I have SST fluid and filter arriving Tuesday this week, so you can get this car with fresh oil and trans fluid. The SSTF is purely preventative; no slipping or anything. Garage kept its entire life.

BBS wheels have Yokahama all-seasons on now with very good tread left, perfectly even wear, tons of life left on the Brembos

The car runs perfectly and is impressively fast but I'll go over the minor problems it has.
Small pea-sized chip in windshield on passenger side
2mm crack in leather in driver's seat, can't even see it really
Has minor marks on rear doors paint from before mud flaps (very minor)
Curb rub on one BBS, only on outer lip
Gets the lean fuel CEL from AMS intake about once a month (AFRs are perfect though)
PRICE:
$31,500 with mods, all stock parts, stock advans A13s (like new), tactrix cable and stock map. This is just slightly above blue book for this car but with all the mods I think it's a great deal for anyone who wants to get into a mildly modded MR.
I prefer to sell with all the mods but we could talk about putting it back to stock if you prefer as I could always sell the mods myself.
